The 2008 Rappahannock Independent Film Festival (RIFF) will take place September 18-21, 2008. This year’s theme is “portraits” - portraits of people, portraits of places, portraits of things. Entrants can submit their short films March 18 through August 18, 2008. More information can be found at RIFILMFESTIVAL.com.
